OUR SOLUTIONS
Tesla Teknoloji operates across three core service areas: new and certified refurbished IT hardware procurement, software and deployment solutions, and international trade consulting.
Each service is available independently and can also be combined into a single project when required. Our objective is not simply to supply a product or service, but to keep the technical, commercial and operational process reliable, transparent and manageable.
IT BROKERAGE
We source servers, storage and network equipment, spare parts and components for enterprise IT environments through trusted suppliers in our global network.
We analyse the customer’s technical requirements, existing infrastructure, budget, intended use and delivery schedule to identify suitable options. Without relying on a single manufacturer or channel, we compare alternatives across markets and assess compatibility, condition, warranty, price and delivery terms together.
We supply new servers, storage and network equipment for current enterprise infrastructure requirements. We verify technical specifications, manufacturer part numbers and compatibility with existing systems to help customers obtain the right product.
For customers seeking cost advantages or hard-to-find products, we offer certified refurbished hardware sourced from tested and trusted suppliers.
We assess refurbished products not only by price, but also by condition, testing, warranty coverage, technical suitability and expected service life.
We source End-of-Life products, spare parts and compatible components to extend the service life of systems no longer supported by the manufacturer. We search our global network for items no longer available through standard distribution and present suitable alternatives.
Our responsibility does not end at delivery. We remain available for warranty, verification and after-sales needs, and provide regular updates throughout the process.
SOFTWARE AND DEPLOYMENT
We know that enterprise technology infrastructure depends on more than the right hardware. We also provide the software, installation, configuration and commissioning support needed for efficient and secure operation.
We assess the customer’s existing infrastructure and operational requirements, then support the selection, procurement and implementation of suitable software.
We manage the research, procurement and compatibility assessment of software and licences required by enterprise systems, including operating systems, virtualisation, data management, backup, security and infrastructure management solutions.
We coordinate the installation, configuration and commissioning of supplied hardware and software, ensuring server, storage and network systems are prepared in line with customer requirements.
During deployment, we coordinate customer teams, technical specialists and solution partners, and monitor completion against agreed technical requirements.
This enables customers to manage international trade through one transparent and controlled point of contact rather than coordinating separately with suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, customs brokers and other parties.
INTERNATIONAL TRADE
Through our international trade consulting service, we manage the commercial and operational processes involved when customers purchase products abroad or sell internationally.
This service is not limited to IT products supplied by Tesla Teknoloji. We also provide the coordination and consulting support required by companies in other sectors for import and export operations.
For customers purchasing abroad, we plan and monitor the process from supplier communication through final delivery. Before proceeding, we assess product details, delivery terms, payment conditions, documentation, transport options, customs costs and operational risks.
For customers selling products internationally from Türkiye, we support buyer communication, sales documentation, payment, transport and delivery, while coordinating the commercial documents and logistics required for shipment.
This enables customers to manage international trade through one transparent and controlled point of contact rather than coordinating separately with suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, customs brokers and other parties.
